Even though your yard may be smaller we still need to be able to pay for the travel costs to get there, making sure our employees are paid well, repairs to our equipment, gas,  etc. That is why we have a set mininium price fee that is charged on every yard even if it only takes 25 minutes.

Instead of what we would normally call a maintenance mowing package which includes mowing, trimming the edges, and blowing the clipping debris. We would charge you for what we call a Initial mow service which is where we cut your lawn short and get it cleaned up so when we come back we can preform our maintenance mowing package. The  initial mow package will cost more than the mowing package.  The initial mow isn't going to make your yard look stunning, its purpose is to bring your yard back to a manageable height.
