Even though your yard may be smaller we still need to be able to pay for the travel costs to get there, making sure our employees are paid well, repairs to our equipment, gas,  etc. That is why we have a set minimum price fee that is charged on every property even if it only takes 25 minutes.

Yes, you have up to 14 days after a service has been complete and you have received the invoice to pay the total amount before you start gaining fees on the total amount that was originally posted.
