We can't predict the weather and nether can you. If it rains or there is some kind of storm that makes it so that the company can't preform a service it can be canceled or rescheduled.
If the company has to reschedule a client we will reschedule the visit at the next possible date.
If the company does reschedule the client to a different date there will be a 5% discount to the whole service for the inconvenience.
Payments can be made to the company in the form of cash or check.
Payments for a service do not have to be received at the end of a scheduled service.
The client has 14 days from the date of the scheduled service to pay the company the full amount, if this is not done there will be a 10% late fee added to the clients bill unless there are approved extenuating circumstances.
If a client has a negative balance on their account, the company will not preform any services or fulfill any requests until the debt is fully paid.
Discounts are available for the clients who has served in any of the armed forces or are first responders.
If the client is in any armed forces, they must still be active or be retired with a clean record, and not dishonorably discharged.
If these apply to any client, total bills under $100 will have a 15% discount, and total bills over $100 will have a 20% discount.
If the client wishes to cancel or reschedule a visit they must use the contact page and send a message one day prior to the scheduled visit.
If the client wishes to cancel a service within one day of the scheduled service, there will be a $5 charge added to the clients account.
If the client wishes to reschedule a service within one day of the scheduled service, there will be a 5% fee added to the clients account.
The company is allowed to preform a service if there is a scheduled service in place without the client present.
